Development Team

The Development Team is charged with creating an action plan for fund raising initiatives for the Rotary Club of San Marcos. The Administrative Team sets the priorities for the Development Team in terms of the Clubs fundraising goals. Membership in this team does not require nor exclude direct participation in any fundraising initiative but serves as the Club's think tank for fundraising. Activities include authoring recommendations and generating and communicating ideas, plans, and proposals to support the Club's fundraising goals. This includes but is not limited to recruiting leaders from the Club's membership to champion and organize activities and events that will result in successfully raising money and ensure broad participation by members in fundraising activities. This team works closely with the Administrative and Public Image Teams.
