Former San Marcos Rotary President John Hardy agreed to cut his 25-year beard for dollars, with a goal of raising $10,000 for CASA of Central Texas. His wife Allison helped cut it at the November 19 Rotary meeting.
She had never seen him without a beard. $7200 was raised by the end of the meeting and there was hope that the goal would be met by Monday. Remember that 5th Rotary test: Have fun.
