Recently, the project took on even greater significance when a Beeville Rotarian added lettering to the library box highlighting messages of peace and Rotary’s mission. The thoughtful addition reflects Rotary’s enduring commitment to building goodwill and understanding throughout the world, while reinforcing the organization’s role as a force for positive change in the community.
The response from the community has been overwhelmingly positive. Residents have expressed appreciation not only for the availability of free books, but also for the inspiring message the library now represents.
To ensure the new lettering remains vibrant and long-lasting, club members are clear-coating the additions and placing Rotary’s “Unite for Good” message prominently at the top of the bright red library box. This enhancement symbolizes Rotary’s call to action—bringing people together through service to create lasting impact.
