The Rotary Club of Blanco County raised approximately $25,000 on June 17th at its major annual fundraiser - The Joe Garcia Memorial Golf Tournament. The winning foursome was James Fulton, Chase Thalman, Ryan Moore and PJ Pfeiffer
Thanks to the many sponsors, donors and about 108 golfers, the club will be able to complete projects such as scholarships to local high school graduates, hygiene kits in Blanco County and Mexico, human trafficking awareness, brain fitness classes, Veterans Day dinner, Blanco Elementary School literacy program, Blanco Education Foundation and more.
