The Rotary Clubs of Boerne Sunrise and Fair Oaks Ranch applied for and were awarded grants through the District 5840 COVID 19 Disaster Relief Fund for the combined amount of $3000.
The Clubs joined together on June 11th to award the monies to Hill Country Family Services. Several members of both Clubs were on hand for the check presentation.
HCFS is the center hub in a network of over 30 organizations and agencies serving a variety of needs to Boerne and Kendall County. The agency helps individuals/families to get through crisis situations. Their focus is to provide a gap filler during a time of need to get people back on their feet and self-supportive.
