The Rotary Club of Fredericksburg was blessed at its December 15 club meeting, with a Christmas concert by legendary Fredericksburg pianist and vocalist Duncan Holmes. Following a delightful holiday lunch, Duncan performed a variety of Christmas carols to start, then club President Jim Franer led members and spouses in a Christmas sing-along.
Duncan opened the concert with Mannheim Steamroller's composition of "Joy to the World," in which he alone matched the majesty of that group's song! His rendition of "O Come, O Come Emmanuel" was especially moving! Thank you, Duncan!
