The Fredericksburg Rotary Club awarded $21,000 in college scholarships to 13 high school seniors in May 2023.
Scholarships of $1,500 each (and one $3,000 engineering scholarship) were awarded to students graduating from Fredericksburg High School, Harper High School and Heritage School. Scholarship recipients were selected based on financial need, academic achievements and community and extra-curricular activities. Rotary Club members attended the high school award ceremonies to award the scholarships to the excited and grateful students.
