The Rotary Club of Fredericksburg held its fourth annual Fredericksburg Craft Beer Festival (FCBF) June 13-14 in Fredericksburg. The club witnessed solid attendance growth in its two days of its FCBF Contest and the next day’s festival on historic Marktplatz in downtown Fredericksburg.
This year’s charitable beneficiary is Frontera Healthcare, which operates clinics for mental and physical health for the indigent in six Hill Country towns. The event also brings in funds for the club’s own educational and Christmas-season charitable efforts.
“We’re grateful for all those who sponsored the event, volunteered, and attended, and we look forward to continuing to grow this event each year,” said Ken Cooke, past president and event co-chair with Dale Cook.
