Pete Siegel, Airport Rotary Club member, is the District 5840 Coordination for the International Fellowship of Scouting Rotarians. http://scoutingrotarians.org/ (IFSR). The fellowship has recognition certificates for the Girl Scout Gold award, the BSA Eagle Scout rank, The Venturing Summit award, and the Sea Scout Quartermaster Award.
On October 20, 2024, Pete presented Eagle Scout recognition certificates to brothers Brian and Bryson Bjorkman of San Antonio’s Alamo Area Council’s Troop 515, sponsored by St Thomas Episcopal Church. Brian earned The Eagle Rank in 2023, the troop’s 233rd Eagle, and Bryson earned the Eagle Rank in 2024, the troop’s 245th Eagle. Brian elected to have a joint Eagle Scout Court of Honor with his brother. Troop 515 started in 1976 and 250 young men have earned the Eagle Rank.
