Get ready for an inspiring Rotary weekend! Join Rotarians from across District 5840 in New Braunfels on May 1–2 for the District Conference and Club Leader Training.

We kick off the conference on May 1 at the historic Brauntex Theatre with a powerful keynote from JC (James) Clapsaddle, recipient of Rotary International’s prestigious Service Above Self Award. His presentation, “Rotary's Role in World Wide Peace,” will offer a firsthand perspective on Rotary’s impact in times of global crisis and the vital role Rotarians play in advancing peace through service.

On May 2, the day begins with a meaningful Peace Pole installation, symbolizing Rotary’s commitment to peace. We’ll then gather for a District Awards Celebration and luncheon, recognizing the incredible work and impact of our clubs and members.

In the afternoon, we look to the future with Club Leader Training for the 2026–27 Rotary year, providing incoming leaders with valuable tools, ideas, and connections to start the year strong.

And throughout the event, enjoy raffles with exciting prizes, adding even more fun to the weekend!

Whether you come for the inspiration, the celebration, or the leadership development, this District Conference promises to be a memorable Rotary experience.
