Yellow Roses (symbolizing friendship and joy) were presented to the outgoing President of the Fair Oaks Ranch Rotary Club. Mary Thompson passed the baton to Will Winslett at a reception at a Fair Oaks Ranch area restaurant earlier this month. Winslett has been a member of the club since it was formed in 2012.
