The Rotary Club of New Braunfels recently completed their 2024-2025 first quarter grant distributions to nonprofits and charities, allocating a total of $30,000 to seven groups, six local and one international through the club’s Charitable Contributions Committee (CCC).
Included in the Q1 grant issuance was Friends of CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Foundation – $5,000, Kids Feeding Kids – $2,000, Kinetic Kids – $5,000, NBTX YoungLife & WyldLife – $5,000, ProjectMEND – $5,000, River City Advocates – $5,000, and Rotary Club of Zacoalco, Mexico – $3,000.
“The fundraising efforts of the Rotary Club of New Braunfels provide significant support to many local nonprofit and charitable organizations in their service to the New Braunfels and Comal County community. We are proud to be able to make a positive impact on the lives of our neighbors,” stated CCC Chair Bill Strickland. “Grants are available year-round to organizations located in New Braunfels and Comal County that meet the program’s criteria and qualifications – we encourage those that do to apply.”
