During the RI Convention in Houston, a random encounter on the streets led to a wonderful evening with Walter > a Rotarian who originally was a refugee from Uganda and now coordinates Ukranian refugee efforts in California. Joining our DG Dwayne Hopkins in this stimulating / educational dinner, were Fair Oaks Ranch Rotarians Ron & Kathy Hubbard, plus Jackie Parsons, President of the Combat Human Trafficking Club.
