Rotarian Larry Hanson completed construction of two mini libraries for the Rotary Club of San Marcos.
Larry painted them in the Rotary colors, one blue and the other gold. One will be placed outside the Southside Community Center on Guadalupe Street in San Marcos. The location of the second one is TBA.
