The Rotary Club of San Marcos sponsored a Pints for Polio event at Zelicks Ice House in San Marcos on October 2. More than $3,000 was raised. More recently a $500 donation was made to Polio Plus on behalf of the Texas Roadhouse, which has hosted Rotary meetings for the past two years. The club thanks the restaurant by making a donation in their name.
