The Valero Energy Foundation awarded a $5,000 grant in support of the upcoming 2020 Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) conference. The funds will enable additional high school juniors from underprivileged communities throughout the district who otherwise would not have been able to attend the upcoming January 17-20 conference.
