Each recipient received $500 to the school of their choice, FOR DEMONSTRATING A STRONG ACADEMIC RECORD, AMPLIFYING ROTARY INTERNATIONAL'S MOTTO: "SERVICE ABOVE SELF", BY PRIORITIZING HELPING OTHERS, AND MAKING A POSITIVE IMPACT ON OUR COMMUNITY.
The scholarship funds were funded by the Uvalde Rotary Club, the Rotary District 5840 Foundation, and the John Burns and John Harrell Scholarship Funds.
