Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) Training - Jan. 30 2027
Jan. 30, 2027 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Invest in your Rotary journey and strengthen your leadership skills at Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) Training, hosted by Rotary District 5840!
RLI is a leadership development program that uses interactive, small-group facilitation to engage Rotarians, expand their understanding of Rotary, and strengthen clubs through quality leadership education.
Whether you are new to Rotary or a longtime member, RLI has something to offer!
-
Part 1: A great introduction for new Rotarians and an excellent refresher for experienced members. All Rotarians who are new to Rotary are strongly encouraged to attend at least Part 1.
-
Part 2: Builds on the foundation established in Part 1, expanding leadership knowledge and encouraging greater involvement in club activities.
-
Part 3: Takes leadership development to the next level, focusing on putting knowledge into action and creating sustainable, effective clubs.
Completing all three parts is especially valuable for incoming club presidents, club officers, and board members. RLI helps develop confident leaders who can bring fresh ideas, strengthen club engagement, and build a foundation for long-term club success.
