Members of The Rotary Club of Blanco County and American Legion Post 352 joined forces to provide a "Thank You Breakfast" for the hardworking PEC linemen during their safety meeting on October 8. Rotary Club Past President Harvie Lindeman and American Legion Commander Kathie Estrada expressed gratitude for the linemen's dedication and long hours - especially after the July 4th floods.
We want them to know they are appreciated for keeping the electricity on, often in the toughest conditions, to ensure the safety and comfort of local residents. PEC linemen and managers expressed their gratitude for the recognition from local organizations.
