On August 31, 2025, the San Antonio Airport Rotary Club partnered with the Piedras Negras Poniente Rotary Club to support Casa Nazareth Orphanage in Piedras Negras, Coahuila, México. After learning of the orphanage’s urgent needs for improved comfort and essential supplies, the clubs donated a 3-ton mini split air conditioner for the Girls’ Orphanage, a washer for the Boys’ Orphanage, and new tennis shoes and socks for all 24 children.
This project was carried out to enhance the children’s daily living conditions, promote their health and well-being, and demonstrate Rotary’s commitment to “Service Above Self.”
